How to Delete Your Account

At Promptfy AI, we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so using one of the methods below. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: Request via Email

You can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team: 1. Compose an email to promtfyai@gmail.com 2. Use the subject line: Request for Account Deletion 3. Please send the email from the address associated with your Promptfy AI account so we can verify your identity.

Option 2: Delete via Mobile App

You can easily delete your account directly within the Promptfy AI mobile application: 1. Open the Promptfy AI application. 2. Navigate to the Settings screen. 3. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the Delete Account option. 4. You may optionally provide a reason for leaving. 5. Confirm your choice to initiate the deletion process.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request (either via email or the app), our team will review it within 72 hours. Upon verification, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
